Your #1 Iowa Hawkeyes Wrestling team isn’t just setting records on the mat, they are shattering them off of it as well. Last Friday night’s match against #2 Penn St set the record as the most watched wrestling broadcast in Big 10 Network history. An average of 342,955 viewers watched the Hawkeyes defeat Penn St 19-17, capping a three night run for the Big 10 Network hosting the highest rated sporting event on all of television. It’s obvious the hype this Hawkeye team is creating is generating some interest.
